1. Introduction

Welcome to Easy English Academy ("EEA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all students, parents and guardians of registered students.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our educational services we collect: the student's name, email address, mobile number, grade and selected subjects, guardian name and contact number, and school or paper center details. Payment for classes is handled in person or directly with the academy — we never ask for card or banking details through this website.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to operate the academy: managing your account and access, delivering lessons and materials, communicating class announcements, and contacting guardians when needed. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party, other than the trusted infrastructure providers (Google Firebase) required to run the service.

4. Children's Privacy

Our students are school-age children. Guardian contact details are collected for every account, and guardians may request information about their child's account, or the removal of the account, at any time through our contact channels.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are protected by Google Firebase Authentication with verified email addresses. Access to lessons and materials is granted per student, and sharing accounts or materials outside the academy is not permitted. Staff accounts are approved manually by the academy owner.

6. Content Usage

All lessons, videos, PDFs, papers and other materials provided on this platform are the property of Easy English Academy and are for the personal, non-commercial use of registered students only. Downloading, recording, redistributing or sharing materials outside the platform is prohibited.

7. Attendance & Smart ID

Each student receives a unique Smart ID QR code used for attendance and identification at the academy. This QR code identifies your account only — it contains no personal data beyond the account reference, and should not be shared with other students.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the platform's announcement system. Continuing to use the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
